Named Houston Press' 100 Creatives and Top 10 Choreographers of 2013, Amy Elizabeth is a dance creative, arts administrator, and educator. Amy received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (2006) and Master of Fine Arts (2011) in dance with an emphasis in performance and choreography from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Business Administration (2018) from Lamar University concentrating in experiential entrepreneurship and leadership in the arts.

In 2006, Amy founded Aimed Dance (formerly Rednerrus Feil Dance Company). Aimed Dance, a 501(c)3 performing arts organization, currently seeks to foster an awareness of and value for dance as a fine art within our community by providing educational programs, live performance events, and a professional network. Cultivating a sense of collaboration, Aimed Dance strives to engage, invest, and inspire our community while offering access and exposure to past, present, and future dance ideologies.

Amy's choreographic works have been produced by the American College Dance Association (Texas, Louisiana), Dance Houston, Brazos Contemporary Dance Festival, Pilot: Choreographers Take Flight, Big Range Houston: Dance Gathering, Houston Fringe Festival, Austin Dance Fest, Barnstorm Dance Fest, Dance Gallery, and Artist for Hope Houston as well as commissioned by Lamar High School, Tarrant County College, San Jacinto College, Stephen F. Austin, Rice University, Kingwood Youth Ballet, and Dance Source Houston Artist in Residence.

Through Aimed Dance, Amy Elizabeth founded the Annual Huntsville Community Dance Concert (2007 - 2011), established a summer program for pre-professionals, and hosts performance and choreography workshops year round. In 2016, Amy joined VIVO Ballet, an international contemporary dance company based in Rome, Italy as company manager for performance and educational opportunities during the company's transition to the US.  Additional arts service roles include a ten-year term as board of director for the SHSU Dance Alumni Association and most recently joining the Downtown Beaumont Cultural Arts District advisory board and Southeast Texas Arts Council board of directors.

As program coordinator for Lone Star College - Kingwood (2013 - 2015), Amy directed the LSC - Kingwood Dance Ensemble - the student dance company, established the Dance Student Showcase allowing students the opportunity to present original choreographic works, and guided students on statewide tours and annual conferences through the South-Central Region. Amy Elizabeth has been on faculty at Lone Star College - North Harris, Houston Community College as well as an instructor at Sam Houston State University, Rice University, and Cypress Academy of Performing Arts. She has also had the privilege to teach for the Rice Dance Theatre, Met Dance, and Theater Under the Stars (TUTS) in Houston as well as Rowland School of Ballet and Ginger Gondron's Dance Arts. Amy is currently on faculty at Lamar University as a full-time instructor of dance.
